I bought this book as a refresher for myself. I'm a convert that had to learn things the hard way without a lot of available support. I wish I would have had this book back then. People who are blessed to be born as Muslim think that they already know enough to practice their faith while it is not true. Highly recommended that we should read this book to re-visit our knowledge of basic things in Islam.
This book is perfect for western Muslim and great for those Muslim whom want to get away from eastern Muslim textbook. Read this book twice. Find it really helpful. Also purchase his other two books and both were very much helpful.
Salam,This is an amazing, concise and very readable resource on the fiqh of basic acts of worship i.e. purification and salat. Author details various aspects of cleanliness and how to attain it, how to perform wudu and then offer salat. An ideal resource for new and old Muslims alike.My only gripe is that he should've included other pillars of worship in this book. I'm referring to sowm (fasting), zakat and Haj (hence 4 stars). Only then it'll be considered a must have for every Muslim household.
AMAZING!!!! love this book! very detailed on Wudu for women and proper prayer. Received this as a gift when I converted at his masjid.
