Good book didn't know they did a sequel to Cloudy. We just moved to Pittsburgh area too so my 3 & 4 year old boys love it.
I love Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs so I had to get this book. However, I really didn't enjoy it as much. The illustrations are just as nice so it's still a fun book to look at but the story isn't that great. It's about a dream that the kids have while Grandpa is away where they visit Chewandswallow. Most of the story is just describing what they see and then all of the sudden toward the end they find out that the old townspeople have created a company that sends the food all around the world to help those in need. The message is nice but the story just wasn't as fun to read or interesting. A lot of it felt like a repeat of the first book just not as good. I think I could have done without this one.
Love love love these books. My mom read the first one to me as a child, I had no idea there were sequels!!!! Was so very excited to get all three so I can have them to read with my daughter. The family tradition continues!
This book is okay. The writing seems very forced and does not flow as well as the first book. The art is great and it's nice to see what happened to Chewandswallow.
Wonderful addition to the first story. The pictures are amazing. Thank you.

Just under 10 minutes long. My 4 and 5 year olds love this story. Great illustrations and nice sounding voices.
My niece loved this book as a child and when I had another on the way and her parents are avid readers and incorporated books into the nursery theme....I had to buy the first and second books as part of their shower gift. Great transaction and shipping times!
